Have had Daniel come twice to our home and each time his customer service has been of the highest quality. We required some more work and he arranged for those jobs to be dealt with as well. We couldn't be more satisfied with those staff members either.

We have just had Fawcett Plumbing come and fix some problems we had. Not only did they arrive when they promised they would, they rang to say they were on their way. They were very clear and helpful in explaining our problems and their solutions... both Ben and Courtney were friendly and effecient and left no mess at all. I highly recommend them and feel they are an asset to your company. I have no hesitation in recommending them and your company in the future. Apart from that they were really nice guys.

Courtney was excellent. Punctual, removed boots, good with dogs, clearly explained problem and the best way to fix it. Gave detailed invoice so good record for future work. Easy to pay with eftpos. Highly recommend this company.

We are currently renovating our house and have recently used this group for plumbing and electrical jobs and have been very impressed with the services. My 'new mate'Nick is a top bloke and each tradie was professional, polite and did a great, clean job. I have used them 4 times in the last few weeks and each time have been treated respectfully. Same day service for blocked drain, called at 1pm & by 3.45pm Paul had arrived. Very nice & friendly plumber. He was very informative and was able to completed our job quickly, will use Fawcett Group again in the future for further plumbing needs.

From the very first phone call I was happy with this company. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. We called Fawcett Plumbing to decommission our sink and gas stove for the addition of our new kitchen bench tops. Once again Troy was amazing helping us to identify and correct what our builders tradesmen failed to do. He also informed us of some great ideas for our future home improvements. Fawcett plumbing were very efficient in responding to our phone call and booking a plumber for the following day. Prompt and efficient service. Service was immediate, friendly and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Needed a call back but that was carried with courtesy and professionalism.

I phoned early on a sunday morning,the operator said he would have a plumber call me when he is leaving to go to our home. Within about 15 or 20 minutes Paul rang to advise he was about 10 minutes away. Paul very quickly assessed the problem, told me how he was to tackle the problem, and got to it. All through the visit he was explaining what he was doing. It turned out someone had painted the junction of two pipes at ground level and then used the glue...when it should have been glue first then paint. Paul was very competent and he was on his way after only 45 minutes. The cost was in line with any service call on a sunday morning and we were releived to see the problem fixed. We would strongly recoment the service we recieved and especially Paul.

I have used the Fawcett group for several plumbing jobs and always found them to be the best, this time I used their electrical service and found the same outstanding service.

I engaged Fawcett plumbing for a complete Bathroom Renovation and update on my Unit. They were exceptionally professional. Troy C was the foreman for the job, and he ensured that the quality of the work was exceptional at all times. He went above and beyond by helping with tile selection and also selection of all tapware and fit out items to ensure that the bathroom looked fresh and modern. Troy ensured that all the trades needed (tilers, electrician and painter) were booked in on the days required and they knew exactly what was needed to be done. Andy the electrician is extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for energy hot water system and lights that were economical. He even had suggestions on air conditioners that were good quality and energy efficient to run. I will definitely recommend Fawcett Plumbing to everyone I see, and I will definitely use them again.

Troy and Trinity came around to unblock a toilet. Troy gave Trinity directions and she did most of the hard work from sticking her hand in the toilet, doing something to the outside drain to processing the payment. They were both extremely professional, polite and efficient completely ignoring our mess and loud 6 month old and got straight to the job. 5/5, would definitely recommend Troy and Trinity too anyone.

He worked tirelessly with his tools (cameras and jets) in several different areas until he found the solution. Great company, they arrived on time and had our hot water system fixed extremely quick. If you want a plumbing company that knows what they are doing and will provide you with the best quote, then Fawcett Group are the company to go with.

We've been living in our home for around 5 weeks and needed a plumber and builder to fix some problems. We're new to the area and had no idea of which business to use. Luckily Fawcett Group were working at a house across from us. I went over to see if I could get a business card. Troy came over to see what we wanted done. The Office Staff contacted me to arrange a time that was suitable for the replacement of our leaking shower arm and taps, and replace 10 other washers. The courtesy call from Troy saying that he was 15 minutes away was very appreciated. When he arrived, he explained a few options we had. Troy's a great asset to the business. He's full of energy, listens to you, gives great advice and nothings to hard to do. Jamie did the work for us and the job was done very professionally. I would highly recommend Fawcett Group and we'll definitely use them in the future.

Corey did a great job unblocking my kitchen sink and drainage. He was punctual, explained the costs involved clearly and knew exactly what was needed to be done. He also conducted necessarily tests to ensure that the blockage is completely cleared.

We called Ben out on a Saturday at 1pm he showed up within an hour and had the job done, he even gave me some tips on what to do next time...great service.

I have twice had great service from this company with Troy. They are very easy to deal with and are very quick. The work is also excellent and I do like the communication they provide including courtesy calls prior to arrival or calls if they are running a bit late. Good stuff.

The hot water service died the day before Christmas, the system was promptly replaced by Courtny of Fawcett Plumbing before midday in the blistering heat. Three weeks later, Paul of Fawcett Plumbing began excavations down the side of the house, redesigning and replacing the waste water piping which had been damaged by conifer roots, and an immaculate clean-up after the job was complete, all by mid-afternoon. Paul was very helpful with the explanation of all aspects of the jobs that he carried out. We grabbed a handful of fridge magnets advertising Fawcett Plumbing to hand out, we're very happy with their knowledge, efficiency, friendly manner. A very professional outfit and we're more than happy to spread the word :-)

10/10 for this company. The plumber I had was my hero and saved me from further water damage in my house. He was working on my neighbours hot water system when I frantically ran and asked if he could help me. He was finishing for the day but he happily came to my rescue. He knew my issue straight away and my pipes were fixed within half an hr. Would definitely call them if I have any further problems.
